Therefore, all PIA flights to Europe have been temporarily canceled. "Those who have a PIA booking can advance the date forward or get a refund," the spokesperson said. Pakistani  universities have decided to reopen universities in multiple phases .the first phase would be faculty and students that have connectivity issues .In the second phase universities will allow final year student in campuses and on 15 September all students are allowed to be in campus .as per the document that HEC uploaded on their website. While world wide universities have different plans. A lot of large universities are still in the process of deciding. What is clear, though, is that even the ones who are deciding in favour of in-person semesters will be offering online alternatives for their students, at least for the coming semester, if not longer.
